Join Chef Robert for a cooking demo! Learn a few cooking skills, watch the chef prepare a healthy dish, and participate in a Q&A. Healthy recepies, tips and any information on the tools being used will be provided to each attendee, you will also be able to download copies of the presentation on our Think Nutrition page following the demo. Due to limited space, please only register two people - if you are registering a guest please put their information in addition to yours - we may delete/cancel duplicate orders in order to accommodate new people. NOTE: A meal will not be served during this class, but all attendees will get a taste of what the chef prepares - we do not typically know what recipes will be showcased prior to the class.
